As the social media marketing intern for DownRiver, a mom-and-pop ice cream shop in Essex, MA, I was responsible for designing and maintaining a user-friendly website and social media platforms. This consisted of photographing fun and exciting content, communicating relevant information, and engaging with current and prospective customers. During my time in this position, I increased DownRiver's Instagram following by 56%.
